I am behind in my posting as well as my reading. The Holidays, as usual, has thrown a kink in everything. This is a great chapter. Sproul tells the stories of some men who were passionate for God. That passion lead them to acts I don't think I would even consider. Enjoy.
I am further behind than you. Still in chapter 6. Having to push to read something that is not fluff. Some hard saying in this book.
ReplyDeleteWanda, that is the exact reason a lot of Christians never experience the classics of Christian writing. It is so much easier to read Max Lucado (who I like as well) cause he knows how to make you feel good about yourself. The problem is, that's not the view the Bible takes of Man. But it's people like you that are eager to learn that will tackle such a subject as the Holiness of God. Thanks for being here.
